Employers can engage with Psychologists, Exercise Physiologists, Rehabilitation Consultants and a range of other health professionals.

Employer Training Incentive Program
Do you need help with the work load but unsure you can afford the costs of training and wages? Our Employer and Training Incentives Program may be all you need.
Better known as ETIPS, the program helps us to help you!
If you meet the eligibility requirements, you may be able to receive a training and wage subsidy to help you support your new recruit in sustaining their employment. The offer grants up to $5000 (assessed on individual circumstances) which can help with initial training and wage costs.
Placement Support
We measure our success by supplying short and long-term sustainable staffing solutions. That’s why we provide placement support in the form of regular contact during the employment period.
Unpaid Work Experience Placement
Unpaid work experience placements allow you to take on a job seeker unpaid for up to 50 hours per fortnight for up to four weeks. We will match you with a job seeker who has the skills and determination to make a positive impact in your workplace.
Paid Work Trials
These short-term paid work trials are paid by MAX Employment and not by your business! We will cover the cost of wages to assist in determining if the job seeker has the right fit to the job and your workplace. Eligibility conditions apply.
Traineeships & Apprenticeships
Traineeships or apprenticeships are a great way to train employees and give them valuable work experience. We can provide direction and advice in this area.
