MAX Employment offers employment services 100% free of charge. Saving you time and money we can:

• Search our extensive database for job seekers;
• Advertise your vacant positions on the Australian JobSearch website;
• Field enquiries and pre-screen applicants according to your business requirements;
• Send you suitable applicants for interview; and
• Provide staff on a casual or temporary basis.

Employer Training Incentive Program
The Employer Training Incentive Program is a wagesubsidy-style scheme payable over six months up to the value of $5000 based on an individual’s eligibility.

Placement Support
We measure our success by supplying short and long-term sustainable staffing solutions. That’s why we provide placement support in the form of regular contact during the employment period.

Unpaid Work Experience Placement
Unpaid work experience placements allow you to take on a job seeker unpaid for up to 50 hours per fortnight for up to four weeks. We will match you with a job seeker who has the skills and determination to make a positive impact in your workplace.

Paid Work Trials
These short-term paid work trials are paid by MAX Employment and not by your business! We will cover the cost of wages to assist in determining if the job seeker has the right fit to the job and your workplace. Eligibility conditions apply.

Traineeships & Apprenticeships
Traineeships or apprenticeships are a great way to train employees and give them valuable work experience. We can provide direction and advice in this area.
